After offering an overview of some of the main themes of Popper’s political thought, the paper argues that his account faces two problems relating to institutions. The first is that while Popper stresses the ‘rational unity of mankind’, and the potential for any of us to furnish criticisms of public policy, it is not clear what institutional means currently exist for this to enable this to take place. Second, Popper has stressed the conjectural character of even our best theories. However, at any point, some theories will have fared better in the face of criticism than others, and they may give us important information about constraints on our actions. At the same time, as ordinary citizens we may not be in a good position to understand the theories in question, let alone appraise the state of the specialised discussion of them. There is, it is suggested, a case for thinking of ways to institutionally entrench such fallible theories, especially in the current setting in which social media play an important role

Purpose: Something that happens in the future of a scientific field depends on today's view of young people about the future. The perception of young people from the future and their conception of the future is very important. The purpose of this study was to imaging the future of sports science from the perspective of educated youth. Method: The method of the present research is qualitative and exploratory research and in terms of purpose is applied research. The statistical population of the study included educated youth who are familiar with sports science and the snowball sampling method was used for interviews and theoretical saturation were obtained with 23 interviews. To analyze the data, the content analysis method has been used to obtain the information of this research. Findings: The results show the future of sports science among educated youth consists of seven main concepts that include: hope for a green education system, excessive interest in working in the sports industry, basic reengineering, relative disappointment from the ability of authorities, social position through academic education, desire for empowerment and lack of skills, injustice, and utilitarianism. Conclusion: Finally, by observing the mental images of the youth, it can be stated that sports science will move towards the dystopia if the current situation continues, and it can move towards the utopia with fundamental changes. In this direction, the stakeholders of sports sciences need to be together and disagreements need to be managed as well as arbitrariness of sports science professionals should be reduced.

امام موسی صدر یکی از مهم ترین اندیشمندان معاصر مسلمان در حوزه نظر و عمل است. تکوین اندیشه و تجربه او در بستر فعالیت های اجتماعی و مواجهه با مسائل اجتماعی اهمیت مطالعه آن ها را بیشتر می نماید. در این پژوهش با بهره گیری از تحلیل مضمون به بررسی مسائل اجتماعی جوانان در اندیشه و تجربه او پرداختیم. در حوزه جوانان چند مسئله مورد توجه صدر قرار گرفته بود؛ از جمله مسئله جنبش های جوانان، گسست نسلی و نیز تعامل و ارتباط با جوانان. در مورد هر یک از این مسائل، مضامین احصاشده در دو دسته علل و راهکارها مرتب شدند. صدر در تحلیل مسائل جوانان از یک سو به طبیعت آرمان گرا و تحول خواه جوان توجه دارد و از سوی دیگر به اقتضائات و شرایط اجتماعی امروز که به نوعی رهاورد تمدن مادی جدید است. ازهمین رو با ستودن این روحیه جوانان آن را ظرفیتی برای تحول و اصلاح جامعه می داند که باید به نحو صحیح در هدایت حرکت ها و جنبش های آنان به کارگرفته شود. در کنار این، بر اهتمام به تربیت نسل جوان برمبنای جهان بینی صحیح، حفظ فرهنگ ایمان به خدا و ارزش های مطلق و نیز پیوندهای عاطفی خانوادگی و اجتماعی که مانع از گسست های نسلی و تبعات آن است تاکید دارد. همچنین بهبود شرایط اجتماعی را مقدمه تعامل با جوانان و دعوت آنان می داند. او به عنوان یک عالم و مبلغ دین برای جذب جوانان اهل دین را به ارتقای رفتار در تعامل با آنان، معرفی صحیح دین و ظرفیت های فکری و عملی آن به جوانان، ضمن برپایی تشکیلات و نهادهای دینی و بسترسازی برای جذب آنان فرامی خواند.

تحولات و دگرگـونی های اجتماعی، گروه های اجتماعی را به تناسب منابع، قابلیت ها و ظرفیت های آن ها از خود متاثر می سازند. هر گروه اجتماعی در شرایط خاص هر جامعه از جایگاه، منزلت و توان مشخصی برای واکنش به تغییرات و تطابق خود با وضعیت جدید برخوردار است. این مقاله بر اساس بازخوانی زمینه های درک یک وضعیت به عنوان مساله اجتماعی، به بررسی آن شرایطی می پردازد که رفتارها و کنش ها، باورها و پنداشت ها، و قضاوت ها و جهت گیری های گروه جوانان، آنان را به عنوان حامل مسایل اجتماعی معرفی می کند. هدف این نوشتار، توجه به این مهم است که چگونه در شرایط ویژه جامعه ایران، دختران، مستعد نگریسته شدن به عنوان گروهی مساله آفرینند. با تمرکز بر مولفه ها و اجزای مختلفی که نقش محول دختران جوان را به لحاظ ذهنی عمومیت می بخشند و نیز عوامل موثر بر فاصله گرفتن نقش محقق دختران از آن، مقاله به ارایه یک گونه شناسی از مسایل اجتماعی دختران می پردازد. روش این مقاله، کتابخانه ای است.
